After Z Out

• During this process system generates the start of day reports that have been configured in the selected After Z Out template.

The Night Audit module in Versa contains the following menus:

• Manual Night Audit - allows users to manually check for outstanding deposits, post room and tax, suspend interface processor, and post actions at the property.

• Template - allows users to create templates for Before Z Out, Z Out, and After Z Out processes.

• Task Template Mapping - allows users to map the reports that must be generated on the selected templates.

• Emergency Night Audit - allows users to run reports for an emergency night audit z-out report irrespective of the scheduled night audit process at the property.

• Night Audit Settings - allows users configure the printer for printing reports, templates for automatic and manual night audits, deposits, remaining arrivals, and departures.

• Night Audit Log - allows users to view the status of the reports, download/print the reports, and retry failed reports.

• PMS Ledger - displays the general, AR, and deposit ledger summary after the night audit.
